Terms of use
Last updated 14/09/2026
By creating an account or running the app you accept what is written here. It is short on purpose.
1. What the service is
SigoLogin is a desktop application that runs many browser profiles on one machine, each with its own fingerprint, its own storage and its own proxy. It is built for people who legitimately work with many accounts: ad agencies, sellers running several storefronts, and teams testing across environments.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. One person, one account. Whatever happens under your account is treated as done by you, so do not hand the sign-in to anyone you would not trust with your plan.
3. Plans, profiles and devices
The free plan allows three profiles. Paid plans raise the number of profiles and the number of devices you may activate. The limits of each plan are on the pricing page, and the app enforces them.
When a paid plan expires the account returns to the free plan. Profiles above the free limit are locked, not deleted: the three most recently used stay open, the rest wait on your disk until you renew. Nothing is erased because a plan ran out.
4. Payment
Prices are on the Pricing page and include tax where tax applies. You pay by bank transfer; the plan activates as soon as the bank confirms the transfer, usually within a minute. If the amount received is short of the invoice, the payment waits for us to look at it by hand instead of activating a plan you did not pay for.
Renewing before the current period ends adds time on top of the existing expiry date, so you never lose the days you already paid for.
5. Refunds
If the app does not work on your machine and we cannot fix it, write to us within seven days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After a plan has been used for a while there is no refund for the remaining days, because the licence was available to you the whole time.
6. What you may not do
Do not use SigoLogin for fraud, for impersonating other people, for spam, for anything that is a crime under Vietnamese law, or for evading a ban you were given for one of those. Do not resell access, and do not run the app for someone else as a service on your licence.
Many websites have their own rules about multiple accounts. Those rules are between you and them, and we take no position on them. What we do care about is that you are not breaking the law.
7. Your data is yours, and it is on your machine
Profiles live in a folder on your disk. For profiles you do not share we hold no copy, so we cannot read them and we cannot restore them. A profile you share has a copy on our server, described on the privacy page. Back up that folder yourself if the profiles matter to you.
8. Availability and updates
We do not promise the service is never down. The browser kernel is updated from time to time; an update can change how a profile behaves, and we roll one out only after it has been tested against the sites people use most.
9. Suspension
We can suspend an account that is doing something on the prohibited list. We tell you why. If the suspension turns out to be our mistake, the days you lost are added back to your plan.
10. Liability
If something goes wrong on our side, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened. We are not responsible for accounts a third-party website closes, or for income you expected to make.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. A change that affects what you already paid for does not apply to the period you have paid.
12. Law and disputes
Vietnamese law applies. If we disagree about something, write to us first: almost everything is settled that way faster than any other.
How we handle your data is on the privacy page. Privacy
